Captain Carlos Hechavarria Jr has been fishing the waters off south Florida with Reel Tease Fishing since 2009. Since first obtaining his licence, Carlos, has had the opportunity to captain multiple vessels varying in size from 19 feet to 50 feet in length. Carlos grew up fishing these waters since he was a little kid. Carlos's many years of experience proves him to be a safe and reliable captain
